This is true for all versions of Outlook using Exchange. I thought I had read somewhere that a sender could get a reply once every 24 hours, but I’m not sure that’s true. As far as I know, this is not adjustable. Using a rule and not the Out of Office Assistant Automatic Reply in Outlook to automatically reply may produce a reply each time message arrives I haven’t tried it and I wasn’t able to find outtlook on itbut only if you use Exchange.
