I would like to download Version 12 of this package bc I believe that it contains Microsoft. VCLibs Version Kinect” reference, for starters. All Kinect references are microsoft visual studio c++ 2013 runtime download free download grayed out. I’ve searched for days to find a way to resolve this issue -no luck. Despite uninstalling VS, re-installing with only the Windows 8. And have gradually modified the install to include all Windows SDKs.

The reference that you’ve directed me to simply is not available.
